Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Creadora, a workspace for planning, scripting, and tracking affiliate and creator content. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Account structure and who these Terms bind

Account holder. By creating a Creadora account you ("Account Holder") confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of every person you give access to the workspace — including assistants, editors, virtual assistants, and any other collaborator. You are responsible for telling them what these Terms require before they use the app, and for their use of it. Acceptance by the Account Holder is binding on everyone using that account, whether or not each person reviewed these Terms separately.

Plans and creator profiles. Each subscription is for one person or business and includes a fixed number of creator profiles — Starter (1 profile), Pro (3 profiles), and Agency (10 profiles). Sharing a single subscription across separate businesses, or reselling access, isn't permitted.

2. Account security and password responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, including where a login is shared with an assistant or editor. Credentials used by the Send To Creadora sharing integration are account credentials too: treat them the same way, don't share them or install a Shortcut set up for someone else's account, and disconnect a device from Settings → Creadora Share Tools if a device is lost, sold, no longer under your control, or if you believe its credential may have been exposed — you can disconnect that device and connect it again to receive a new credential. Each connected device can be disconnected on its own, without affecting your other devices or anyone else's account. Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep credentials secure — for example sharing a password or device credential with someone outside your team, or reusing a weak password. Handbook link passwords are a sharing convenience, not a security control: anyone with your account password can view or change them.

3. Data security, backups, and limitation of liability

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your workspace, including encrypted connections, authenticated access, and access controls that keep each customer's workspace separate from every other account. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Despite reasonable precautions, no online service — including Creadora — can be made fully immune to a determined attacker, and we are not responsible for a breach that occurs despite reasonable security measures on our part.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access to, alteration of, or disclosure of your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: a third party reaching your account through a password you shared or failed to secure; a sophisticated cyberattack despite our reasonable security measures; or a breach at a third-party provider we do not control, such as our payment processor or hosting provider.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for breaches caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for our obligations under applicable data protection and breach-notification law.

Backups and data loss. Creadora creates regular automated backups of your workspace to help protect against accidental loss. Backups are provided on a best-effort, "as available" basis and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to system failures, maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee that any specific script, product, calendar entry, receipt, earnings record, or uploaded video can always be fully recovered, and we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or an inability to restore data except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Use the in-app export features to keep your own copy of anything you consider irreplaceable, especially before large changes or deletions. Our total liability for data loss or failure to restore data is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the loss, and never includes lost revenue, commissions, brand deals, inconvenience, or the value of lost content.

4. Plans, billing, and renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Annual plans are charged upfront for the full term; monthly plans renew on your billing date.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. If we change pricing, existing subscribers are notified before the change applies to their next renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.
  • Promotional, referral, and trial codes apply only as described at redemption, may be limited to a specific plan, and are typically limited to one per email address.

AI-powered features are billed separately as prepaid pay-as-you-go credits: you add credit to your own balance and it's only spent on AI you actually use. Credits expire twelve months after purchase and are non-refundable. Full details — including our refund approach, failed payments, upgrades and downgrades, AI credits, and what happens to your data after cancellation — are in the Refund & Billing policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your content

You own everything you create or upload in your workspace: products and research, scripts and script variations, hooks and ideas, calendar entries, saved videos and collections, profit, receipt and brand-deal records, handbooks, notes, uploaded video files, and profile images.

This applies equally to content you share or import into Creadora from third-party apps — through Send To Creadora, another sharing integration, or by pasting a link — including photos and screenshots, files, URLs, accompanying text, and anything automatically classified and filed from it. Content you intentionally send through Creadora's Shortcuts, sharing integrations, upload tools, or other import features is User Content and is subject to these Terms in the same way as content you create in the app.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. We don't sell your content, use it for advertising, or publish it.

You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload, share, or import, including images, product information, review text, footage, and links to third-party videos.

6. Team access and shared handbook links

Assistant and Editor handbooks can be shared through a private link protected by a password you set. Anyone holding both the link and the password can view that handbook, so treat them as sensitive. You are responsible for who you share them with, for the content inside a handbook, and for rotating or clearing the password when someone should no longer have access. Do not use workspace activity, timesheets, or device information to monitor or pressure a collaborator beyond what they have agreed to.

7. Devices and notifications

Devices signed in to your account appear in Settings → Devices, together with their type, operating system, browser, last-seen time, and approximate location. You can remove a device at any time, which also ends its push notifications. Treat any device left signed in as accessible to whoever can pick it up.

8. AI-assisted features

Some features generate or transform text — for example script drafting, hook suggestions, and research parsing. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or unoriginal, and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish and for complying with the disclosure rules of the platforms and affiliate programs you post to.

9. Third-party platforms

Creadora can display links, thumbnails, and public metadata from platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and affiliate networks such as Later. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those platforms, and their availability or terms can change at any time. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

Imported links. When you share or paste a link, Creadora may attempt to retrieve publicly accessible information from that URL — page data, images, metadata, or product information. Third-party platforms may restrict or block access to content, metadata, images, product information, or other information associated with a shared link, and their rules and technical restrictions can change without notice. Creadora does not guarantee that an imported link will contain complete or accurate information, or that all media associated with a third-party page can be retrieved, and we don't attempt to bypass a platform's access controls to retrieve it.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. The specifics — including prohibited content, scraping, security testing, and abuse of shared links — are set out in the Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep Creadora available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and it is provided as-is. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops. We'll give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on where we can.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy, that is used unlawfully, or for which payment has failed and remains unresolved. Where the situation allows, we'll contact you first so the issue can be fixed.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Creadora is a planning and tracking tool. We make no promise about the commercial results, views, sales, or commissions you may achieve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Creadora after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
