Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This policy explains what Creadora stores, why we store it, who can see it, and how you can export or delete it.

1. What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, password (stored securely and never in readable form), interface and content language settings, and optional profile images.
  • Workspace content — products and research, scripts and variations, hooks and ideas, calendar entries, saved video links and collections, uploaded video files and screenshots, tasks and daily analytics, profit, receipt and brand-deal records, timesheets, handbooks and their sections, notes, and Script Lab pages.
  • Creator profiles — the social accounts you add, including handles, avatars, and any notes attached to them.
  • Devices — the devices signed in to your account, including a device identifier, name, device type, operating system and browser, notification settings, last-seen time, and approximate location (city/region/country) derived from the IP address.
  • Billing information — plan, subscription status, promo codes used, and renewal dates. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
  • Support and usage records — messages you send us, basic technical logs such as timestamps and error details, and site-visit counts used to measure traffic.
  • Content you share into Creadora — when you use Send To Creadora or another sharing integration, we receive what you chose to share: photos and screenshots, PDFs and other files, URLs, text accompanying the share, product links, social-media links, and basic information about the share (such as the time it was sent and whether it succeeded) needed to process and troubleshoot it.

2. Sharing into Creadora and automatic classification

Creadora may provide an Apple Shortcut or similar sharing integration that lets you send selected content from your device to your workspace. Your device may display a system permission prompt before transmitting content — those prompts and permissions are controlled by your device or operating-system provider, not by Creadora. Creadora receives only the content and related information transmitted when you choose to use the sharing integration.

Imported material may be automatically inspected and classified — for example, determining whether a screenshot represents analytics, earnings, a receipt, or product information — and then placed into the appropriate part of your workspace. This inspection can include automated analysis of images, not only text. Each device you connect is linked only to your own account, and anything you share is stored only in your workspace.

3. iOS Sharing, Shortcuts & Local Device Storage

Creadora may provide an Apple Shortcut or similar device integration that allows you to send selected content from your device to your Creadora workspace. When you intentionally use the sharing integration, Creadora may receive the content you select to share, such as links, photos, screenshots, PDFs, files, text, product links, and social-media links.

If you use the Creadora iOS Shortcut, it uses a credential stored locally on your device solely to associate the content you share with your Creadora account. It is not designed to browse, scan, or collect unrelated files from your device.

Each connected device has its own credential, used only to authorize the content you share. It is not your Creadora password or sign-in session, and you can disconnect a device at any time.

Your device or operating-system provider may display permission prompts before allowing the Shortcut to access selected content or communicate with Creadora. These device-level permissions are controlled by your device or operating-system provider and are separate from Creadora's own consent and privacy settings.

4. Why we use it

We use your data only to run the service for you: showing your workspace, saving your work, delivering reminders and notifications, keeping backups, processing your subscription, sending account and billing emails, responding to support requests, and diagnosing problems. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

5. How your data is separated

Every workspace record is tied to your account and protected by access controls designed to keep each customer's workspace separate from every other account, so other customers cannot read or modify your data. Content you create under one creator profile stays scoped to that profile inside your own workspace.

The only exception is content you deliberately share: a handbook link you send to an assistant or editor is visible to anyone who has both that link and the password you set.

6. Assistants, editors, and shared devices

People you invite into your workspace — assistants, editors, or anyone using a shared login — can see and edit whatever their role and the handbooks you share give them access to, and their activity may appear in timesheets and change logs. Tell collaborators what is tracked before granting access. Sign out, or remove the device from Settings → Devices, on any device you no longer control.

7. Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate Creadora, each processing data only on our instructions:

  • Hosting, database, authentication, and file storage — the infrastructure that runs the app and stores your workspace.
  • Payment processing — subscription billing and card handling.
  • Email delivery — account, billing, support, and password-reset messages.
  • Push notification delivery — reminders, quotes, and alerts sent to your registered devices.
  • AI processing — text you submit to script, hook, or research features, and images and text you share through the import system, are sent to a model provider to generate the response or classification.
  • IP geolocation — the approximate device location shown in your device list, derived from IP address.
  • Public media metadata — when you paste a TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook link, we request that link's public preview data to show a thumbnail.

8. Cookies, local storage, and visit counting

We use cookies and browser storage for essential functions only: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and interface preferences, restoring filters and scroll position as you move around the app, and counting a visit once per browser per day. To measure how many distinct people visit the marketing site, we store only an irreversible value derived from the visitor's IP address rather than storing the raw IP address. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Backups and retention

Your workspace is covered by regular automated backups, and a limited number of the most recent snapshots are kept so an account can be restored after accidental loss. Backups cover workspace content only — not your login credentials or payment details, and they are provided on a best-effort basis as described in section 3 of the Terms.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, workspace content and its snapshots are removed, though limited billing records may be retained where we're legally required to keep them.

10. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with managed infrastructure providers. We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect account and workspace information, and passwords are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and share handbook links carefully. Section 3 of the Terms explains how liability for security incidents and data loss is handled.

11. Your choices

  • Access and correct your details at any time in Settings.
  • Change your password in Settings → Account, or request a reset email.
  • Remove a signed-in device — which also stops its notifications — from Settings → Devices.
  • Export your workspace data from the app, or request a full export by contacting support.
  • Delete your account and its content from Settings, or ask us to do it for you.
  • Turn off non-essential notifications and email; account, billing, and security messages are required while your account is active.

12. Children

Creadora is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
