Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It describes how Creadora may and may not be used.

Content you may not store or create

  • Unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
  • Harassing, hateful, or threatening material, sexual content involving minors, or content promoting self-harm or violence.
  • Deceptive claims — fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, invented earnings results, or health, medical, or financial claims you cannot substantiate.
  • Other people's personal data collected without a lawful basis or their consent.

Platform and affiliate compliance

Creadora helps you plan content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and for affiliate programs that have their own rules. You are responsible for following those rules, including required paid-partnership and affiliate disclosures, product claim restrictions, and any regional advertising law that applies to you.

AI-assisted output

Don't use the generation features to produce content that impersonates a real person, spreads misinformation, or misrepresents a product. Review every AI-drafted script or hook before publishing — you are the publisher of anything you post.

Team members and shared devices

A workspace can be used by assistants, editors, and other collaborators. Tell them what is tracked — activity, timesheets, change logs, device information — before giving them access, and don't use those features to monitor, pressure, or coerce anyone beyond what they have agreed to. Treat any device left signed in as accessible to everyone who can pick it up, and remove devices you no longer control from Settings → Devices. Don't store passwords, API keys, financial account numbers, or other people's personal documents in notes, handbooks, or receipts.

Shared handbook links

  • Share Assistant and Editor handbook links only with people you intend to give access to.
  • Set a password on each shared handbook and clear or change it when someone's access should end.
  • Don't post handbook links publicly, and don't include passwords, API keys, or customer personal data inside a handbook.

Technical restrictions

  • No probing, scanning, or testing the security of the service, and no attempting to access another customer's data.
  • No automated scraping, bulk exporting, or reverse engineering of the app or its APIs.
  • No using the service to send spam, distribute malware, or place excessive automated load on it.
  • No sharing one subscription across separate businesses, or reselling access without written permission.
  • No using Send To Creadora, imports, or shared links to circumvent access controls, authentication, paywalls, technical restrictions, or platform protections on any third-party service.
  • No sharing your device sharing credentials, or using another person's, to file content into an account that isn't yours.

Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse or a suspected security issue to info@creadora.studio with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please don't publicly disclose a vulnerability before we've had a reasonable chance to fix it.

Where a breach is minor we'll normally ask you to fix it first. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to content removal, suspension, or termination without refund.
